I got this product because I have dental implants and started grinding my teeth at night and chewing the side of my mouth. This product is very easy to use and has stopped the problem. I don’t use it all the time, but it’s good to know its there. I was worried I might swallow it but the wings are large so it sits securely in the mouth. It seems well made and is good value.

I have always been a snorer but over the last couple of years my snoring has got worse and I developed a sleep apnoea. My wife has become at her wits end and it was time to take action!!! After trying anti snore sprays and nasal strips with limited success I decided to try a MAD device. With some trepidation due to the price I purchased the Somnguard AP2. The fitting instructions appeared complex, however with a very good online video fitting was relatively easy although a little fiddly. First night of use the mouth guard felt bulky and I was worried it would keep me awake, I drifted off and woke up with my wife still next to me fast asleep!!! Success!! It will still take a bit to get used to but I hope it continues to give me and my wife restful sleep!!

This simple device works a treat. Has made my night’s sleep so much easier and better. Worth every penny!
